Good size and good sound

Let me briefly address some of the negative reviews I've read. Some people say the speaker is not loud enough when using it in their CB radios. Check your manual to see what specifications are listed on your speaker output. When I had a CB a few years ago I could only use an external 5w speaker. Inexpensive CB radios may not be able to drive a 15W speaker, unlike more expensive CB radios. If you have a more expensive CB and it still isn't driving your speaker, I can suggest getting a 12 volt DC amplifier. I would take 30 watts. I don't know if you can get a 15 watt amp. I would look to Revain. I use this speaker on my home stereo to play music in my backyard. Sounds good for a mono speaker. It's loud enough that I can hear it from a distance. For a small speaker, that's a massive blow. I have other 15 watt speakers that are big and flashy and the new one isn't as flashy which is a plus. The only thing I would have liked for the speaker was an RCA plug instead of a 1/8 inch plug. I had to cut off the 1/8" plug to connect it to my home stereo.
