Review on Beltronics 015007-6 STi Magnum Radar Detector: Ultimate Protection for Drivers by Wyteboi Nallamothu

I bought this to replace the Bel 955 I bought 12 years ago. I was very happy with the performance of the Bel detectors so I knew I wanted to buy this particular brand. I've been using this new STi for 2 weeks now and it seems to be working fine. In our area, the only security bands are Ka and Laser, so it was important to me to disable the other bands because I don't want false alarms. This new STi is very easy to program and the menu is very simple so you can enter the menu at any time by doing this 2 or 3 times without having a manual handy. My RD is hardwired to my rearview mirror. Wiring with branded products BlendMount and Mirrortap. I recommend their mounts and cable sets.
