I love this duvet! ! Can't say enough good things about it, the fabric is the softest I've ever felt on a duvet, it's really warm but not overly stuffed to duvet level. Just thick enough no matter what it's filled with. The thinner layer is very warm. I live in Maine and we have cold winter nights. In winter I put a very soft blanket between the bed sheet and duvet, but it would be warm enough without it. The plan is nice, you can't go wrong. I've had mine for over a year now. Throw it in the washing machine and tumble dry on low heat and it's still like new. Have fun
