Button on the side to turn the phone on and off or a little hard to press. And volume up and down or a little rough pressing. I have arthritis and it's hard for me to push. Not the easiest to hold. I've lost his phone twice since I bought the case. Lol I dunno, it's such a good idea to be able to carry your driver's license or credit cards in your wallet. Luckily I always got it back. I think I can just go back to the phone case. All in all, this is a good wallet. All pockets for your credit cards are stretched. I've lost my credit cards four times in a week and they keep failing. I would stay away from this purse. While this is a good design, you won't get much use out of it.
