I ordered this REDCAMP utility wagon to replace a PORTAL Collapsible Folding Utility Wagon Quad Outdoor Rolling Camping Cart that we donated to our son's preschool. I loved using the PORTAL. It was not only a very well-built and sturdy product, but it was good looking too.This REDCAMP is even better and bigger! Workmanship is top notch, with quality materials and no ugly exposed bolts or other eyesores. The color is not as stylish as I would like, but the engineering is fantastic. Packaging is minimalist and there's only 1 plastic bag and two foam sheets to throw out. Everything else is cardboard and can be recycled.As for assembly, all that's needed is to unfold, put on the wheels and flooring and you're ready to roll. Even with our 5 year old "helping", it only took about a minute. The wheels click in easily and are designed to be just as easily removed for storage (or if put on the wrong way). There's a little yellow release button on the side of each leg.I chose the wide wheels for better handling on rough terrain, grass, or wherever our adventure takes us. They swivel and pivot very well (designed with ball bearings).The flooring folds up and becomes the outer wrapper for the wagon when it's folded. I found this to be a clever design choice compared to having a separate bag to keep track of. The two cup holders on the side are very generous. They can easily fit a 2 liter bottle.The handle is also very well designed. It has tension and stays at the angle you want it to. Lastly, it's probably not worth mentioning, but the triangular flap that covers the middle strut has a piece of velcro at the bottom to keep it secure. It's attention to detail like this that makes this a superior product.I have no doubts as to the 220 lb claim. This is a solid wagon. Now, if it came in more fun colors, I'd be over the moon!
