As soon as I took the system out of the box, problems began to appear. I've had the device for a week now and already had to change the needle. The player's performance is very weak. There's a lot of feedback when you put your arm in your hand and put it on a record. Trying to get answers from Crosley customer service is a complete joke. All you hear in my case for an hour was a repeating troubleshooting message, none of which worked for me. I'll probably assemble the whole system and get my money back. I had to spend an extra $30 and buy a Toshiba system.
