Could have gotten 5 stars

I would really like to give this system 5 stars but when I got it I had to put a quarter nickel Jimmy on it because it wasn't balanced properly. When turned on, the back of the disc scratched the base of the turntable. No amount of adjustment could level it without slipping a quarter and a nickel under the disc to bring it up to level at the back. Now it works like a charm. I wish it was louder but you get what you pay for. Arrived early which was a bonus

Very inadequate and no help available

As soon as I took the system out of the box, problems began to appear. I've had the device for a week now and already had to change the needle. The player's performance is very weak. There's a lot of feedback when you put your arm in your hand and put it on a record. Trying to get answers from Crosley customer service is a complete joke. All you hear in my case for an hour was a repeating troubleshooting message, none of which worked for me. I'll probably assemble the whole system and get my…

Terrible and cheap product!

Bought for my husband for Christmas. The blockade didn't work. The CD player broke and initially I couldn't even open it to insert a CD. After we did this, none of the CDs played. I notified her. The block is very cheaply made. Please return for a refund. Never heard back until I got a notification that they would send a replacement part. I wasn't sure how they thought we could fix it. Instead of a new CD they sent a brand new block which was NOT what we wanted. The device arrived, they brought

You must read the manual

I never give 5 stars for anything. It's near. I've been an audiophile for a long time. My father wouldn't let me buy a compact system. Components Purchased: JBL speakers (nearly 3ft tall), Kenwood receiver and United Audio turntable. After many years I gave it (except for the player) to my father. Bought a new Kenwood receiver, Mission speakers (on wall unit), Kenwood CD player (in living room), AIWA CD player system (in bedroom), and AIWA portable CD player. I got a double cassette deck from…

So close but always cheap

I'm the guy who gives brands a break. Not known for its quality, Crosley introduced many people to vinyl with mixed results. They had to make enough money over the years to finally start improving their products. So here we are. 1975T all-in-one system. First, good. It looks cool and gives off a very retro vibe. While the LED lighting is easy to spot (too blue), it looks like an old compact stereo from the 1970s. The tuner is analogue, the CD player fairly unobtrusive considering it's on the…

Do not buy Crosley products, especially turntables.

I bought and received this product a year ago, just before Christmas. Due to some unforeseen and rather dire circumstances, I left the box unopened for the past year. Finally, I opened the sealed package, carefully unfolded the device and assembled everything (speakers, etc.). The radio and CD player worked perfectly. However, I bought it for the player. The turntable is completely useless. With or without a record, it makes a grinding noise when spinning. After examining it, I see that there…

I love it, so can you, but it's hard.

Right there - my machine sounds good. This particular model from the Crosley line weighs 3.5 grams which will NOT ruin your vinyl. It uses an Audio Technica stylus, which sounds great for the average person and at least "reasonable" for the audiophile. FM/AM radio works great. Bluetooth connectivity is great. I haven't tested the AUX jack or the CD player at the moment but I will soon and I will 100% update this review if I run into any issues with any of them. For all that, mine came with a…
