It was easy to install and the price was reasonable compared to the branded products. The shower head is made of chrome-plated plastic. Has a convenient on/off switch. With a second push button, the flow can be switched between different modes. Unfortunately, this feature doesn't work very well, which is the main reason I gave the product three stars. The button has to be pressed multiple times for it to work and the additional flow modes are almost useless. I just set it to normal and don't bother with the settings. The water pressure in our home is 50psi, but that pressure doesn't seem to be enough for this showerhead to produce the nice, strong flow that we have in our other bathrooms where I've installed Koehler and Moen products. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
