Beautiful, but too small.
I ordered this for a Halloween costume. The details on the product list that it goes up to a 40.5” waist. I have a 40” waist, so I knew it would be a snug fit. It was much too small and I had to slice it open to get it on.The fabric is very nice and if it had fit I would have been very happy with the skirt.
