Makes a difference over the winter
I start my days early and have been working from home. Without the bright office atmosphere and with the dark and grays of winter, my well being was definitely affected. I looked into easy remedies for that and came across a bunch of light therapy products. After doing my homework I landed on this and I am glad I did. You wouldn't think a light could make a difference, but it does, and after making it part of my morning routine, I found myself in a much better moods and with more energy throughout the day.
