The support team, I've never had any issues with them at all! They are extremely knowledgeable about what they do (proxy) which helps me out so much as an admin that has no technical skills whatsoever.

Their prices are very fair for how much you're getting paid. Proxy servers have been used in our network before but this one stands above the rest we tried in terms of customization options. We primarily use it within SharePoint Online environments where there can be sensitive data being passed through from other users who aren't aware.
