The fact that it works with AWS products, Azure Products as well other platforms makes this product extremely useful for us at our small business level of operation (under 50 employees). The support team, I've never had any issues with them at all! They are extremely knowledgeable about what they do (proxy) which helps me out so much as an admin that has no technical skills whatsoever. Their prices are very fair for how much you're getting paid. Proxy servers have been used in our network before but this one stands above the rest we tried in terms of customization options. We primarily use it within SharePoint Online environments where there can be sensitive data being passed

We have been using this for 2 years now with very good results, they are proactive in every sense of solving problems before it arises as well keeping us updated about new features being developed through their forums - which we heavily rely upon! Some things that would be nice include better pricing plans & more granular quotas (i want my daily usage limits set per hour rather than month).
