Comfortable work gloves

I purchased these to use for my job, I typically wear these 10 hours a day 4 days a week. They are very comfortable for me during my entire shift and I like the extra grip. I've bought 2 pair so far, the first pair lasted me almost a month before the fingers started coming through. Thats not too bad for around 15-16 10 hour shifts. I'm on my second pair now so i'll update on how long these last.
