No customer service, buy at your own risk

I have had two keys (M and N keys) broken within 6 months of using the keyboard with a break in the same place, indicating a manufacturing defect or what is more likely is an assembly error (see photo). When I contacted customer service and asked for two replacement keycaps, they informed me that they do not have replacement keys and that the two-year limited warranty does not cover those two keys. This is unacceptable for a $140 keyboard. Remember that if a component fails, you cannot fix it under warranty. You can find many other stories like this if you search. A better alternative to this product might be EVGA keyboards or the well-received GMMK, which use brown switches that sound similar to this keyboard, both of which also have excellent reputations for customer service. The keyboard itself is as described and I would rate it 4 out of 5. I thought she looked great and was a good weight. The orange switches are quiet for a mechanical switch, but colleagues can still clearly hear my buttons on Zoom calls. I think in the office the keys are quiet enough not to disturb the neighbors. I was surprised at how quickly the keyboard went to sleep even when plugged in. It's a little annoying waiting around 5 seconds dozens of times a day for the keyboard to wake up. boot up and reconnect to bluetooth. This can probably be changed via software, but I used this on a work laptop that restricts 3rd party programs. The wireless dongle reconnects much faster, probably less than 2 seconds. I have some concerns about the durability of the bluetooth/wireless switch. So if you plan to use this feature, be wary of Razer's poor customer service. Overall: Not a bad keyboard, maybe a bit more expensive considering competitors like GMMK look very similar and are 25% cheaper with interchangeable parts. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired.
