I ordered two of these boards and they arrived fairly quickly. The first board came with everything mentioned. I read in another review that the pressure gauge on the pump was broken. At first I thought mine broke too, but I realized that this guy probably wasn't pumping enough. It feels like it's taking forever to start registering Psi. But the pressure gauge worked on both pumps. The second board didn't come with a full repair kit (valve tensioner was missing) but came with a random belt which the other didn't have and it wasn't listed in the owner's manual so I knew what it was for. After both boards were inflated and ready for the lake, the second board quickly lost air. Quickly found a leak in one of the seams. Instead of trying to fix it I decided to arrange for a replacement and hopefully get a good payout. Also, one of the reasons we didn't fix it was that both repair kits came with patches but no glue. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but it makes sense to include some kind of glue to be able to use the patches. A board we used was great. My daughter and I were able to balance easily and they were pretty easy to manoeuvre. A waterproof bag and a phone case come in handy, and everything fits easily in a bag. I love that it has D rings so you can attach a kayak seat if you want.
