Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.
For me, it's just a matter of habit; all knives have their entire blades sharpened; there isn't a section of the blade that isn't sharp at the handle. This is why my wife has already cut three times (I'm used to the fact that the edge isn't sharp), but after the third time, she stopped cutting for a week. In my opinion, a 3k set is an excellent choice, but it cannot be compared in quality to Chinese or expensive ones. There is a strong middle ground, but the set is comparable to Chinese for the price. I advise everyone to.
