Doesn't seem to matter as my usual workout meal.

I've been using this for a few months now and I'm training like hell, this product doesn't seem to matter. Feels like I spent a hundred dollars trying it out so I could write a bad review. If I could use the money for other products I would.

Pros

Faster Muscle Recovery: BIO-GRO visibly shortens recovery time after intense training or exercise. You can gain lean body mass faster post-workout, which allows you to improve every time you enter the gym.
