The ability to easily integrate with other applications such as Jira and Slack helps us track all customer service opportunities from one system. You can also see what tickets are being worked in realtime which makes it easy to provide status updates/answers quickly to customers who may be waiting on you! None really. I don't think this software does too much more than others do so try different ones out before purchasing and make sure they meet your needs. We used to use Zendesk but realized we were spending way too much time managing tickets vs actually helping solve issues. This allows us to focus on resolving tickets without having to wait on another department or hire additional staff.
