Good, but a bit slippery and shows sweat
This is a great mat for needing a bit extra support. It's not super bulk and lays nicely after the first few uses. Downside is that it can get a bit slick and requires repositioning for hot yoga in downward facing dog. As well as showing sweat and body oil. I would recommend black mat if you don't want to have spota.
- Great step up from a cheap mat. Not too soft, no slip bottom.
- Mat came damaged other than that it’s a great Mat!
