I would give this product five stars but although the top is very cute it runs a bit small. Either the measurements given are incorrect or this top was designed by people who believe there is one standard size for all small dogs. I bought this for my kid for Christmas '12. She is a Japanese Chin but is larger than the average Chin - the average Japanese Chin weighs around 7-9 pounds. My child is 12 years old. The top was a little tight for her so I will order a slightly larger size.
