BMD is an amazing company that is powering the world of post production. with such boxes and software and more. So I was very upset when I received my order in a box sealed with tape and with frayed edges. (a clear sign that it has been opened and used). I checked anyway, maybe it was accidentally opened (yes, right), the device was really rattling. For example, shake it and you will hear something shaking inside. (I took a video and posted it here.) I asked for a new one and just received a brand new unit as ordered. and no wobbly parts. No tape. no frayed box edges or crumpled instruction manual. When buying NEW. it must be new. do not re-enter.
