I bought this November 11, 2019 Today May 18, 2020 Lost my keys last weekend. I think I've only had to use this device a handful of times, and the whole time the transmitter sat neatly wrapped up in our dining room. When I started using it I thought it worked. I saw a light in the transmitter but none of the receivers gave an alarm. I changed the battery and still nothing. If the seller sends me a new transmitter I'll let you know, but it really looks like I'm a SOL and you could be too. This should last at least a year. Do not you think? I've gone through the returns window and I don't see anything about the warranty on their page. When I go to the seller's warranty page, there is nothing there. Update 6/11/20: I was going to throw away this whole setup, but then I changed the battery in one of the receivers and it worked. Surprisingly for me, all the receivers turned off at the same time. So at first I thought the transmitter was the problem. This tells me that the receivers are constantly running and draining their batteries even if you never send them a signal. Now that makes sense to me, but I only used two receivers and put batteries in all of them when they arrived. So only install the batteries you intend to use and it looks like you'll have to replace them every 6 months which would be a waste of batteries especially if you use all the receivers.
