NO BALL. I had to double check to make sure I didn't miss the product description. it says "Ball" but it's NOT a ball. It's a sphere with a flat side. This means you'll want to use it against a wall and turn with your shoulders, for example. it doesn't roll. Instead, you hit a flat spot, and if you hit it right, it turns off. It's okay if you just keep it still. Yes. but the whole point was to get a massage ball.
