Great Remote Software to help make staying in contact easier

I have been using remote since they were first getting started with their product offering about 2 years ago now! The customer service has always exceeded my expectations when it comes time do get support from them (either via chat/email).
They are constantly improving upon what is available through out there as far at features go but still keeping things simple enough that anyone who knows how computers work should be able utilize this application without too much problems!! It's great having access while being away during COVID times because not only am i working remotely which means less stress overall just knowing im doing something productive instead if sitting home bored lol!

Pros

Easy to use interface
Relatively low cost for all you can handle, even more so once your used up any credits left over after purchasing new licenses.
Good variety in ways one could organize data or information into templates
