I have to return this item
Unfortunately the on site installers were unable to install this item in our false ceiling. It is heavier than intended and when mounting the projector it would lower the entire false ceiling. The weight of this product may be acceptable for some ceilings, but in my case the aluminum was bending and bending under the weight and the only way to hold it was to attach it to the roof, which is not possible because it's harder Concrete is and not allowed, wire it to the drop frames or two, this would still sag and leave our conference room ugly. Please let me know how to return this immediately. For those of you
