It's not that soft because it's (of course) synthetic. This hair brand is definitely worth the price. I bought two orders because there are five packs of crochet hooks and hair accessories in one order. You get more for your money with this company. I should know that I live in LA where EVERYTHING is expensive. I've just started working on my hair and when I'm done I'll write another great review with pictures of my finished hair. Great products and no big twists which I like. Five stars! I will buy hair from this company again.
