We have been using their autoresponder service for about 5 years now, in fact since we started with them they’ve never let us down! I just wish some of our campaigns had more advanced features but overall very impressed how well everything works together to keep your business running smoothly day after week!! There are no downsides as it has all you need at an affordable price point - great value product from one my favourite companies out there today. The best part? They provide excellent support when needed so far nothing that hasn't worked perfectly every time :).
