Easy to fix and now I have all my fan settings back. However, watch out for the holes.
Great item, fixed my non working fan setup and was quick and easy to replace. compare with the new one. When you want to put the new one in, a couple of plastic tabs need to be lined up with the holes for it to seat properly. There are spots in this part where you can easily drill the holes you need to be blank and I had to drill two. Before I bore them out, the new part ran into these lugs and there was no way it would sit flat or screw in properly. I just wanted to leave this note for anyone who might have the same issue.
