love these shoes. I am the same size as all my shoes and they fit like a glove. The colors are saturated. There is a lot of support. I pronate and have had no problems with these shoes. The outsole is thin yet durable enough to go anywhere - everyday use or trail running. I have no intention of ever using spikes, so I can't comment on this feature. Overall, I really like them and would recommend them.
