Review on 🎲 Expanding the Thrills: Nations Dice Game Unrest Expansion Unleashed! by Mike Betzing

Nations: Unrest is one of those add-ons that make a great game even better! It adds more tiles for more options which is always great! But most importantly, it adds three new mechanics: STAR ROLLS, FIRST PASSING PLATES, BONUS PLATES, and RUSSES! These are great additions to the game. Star Rerolls: Star Reroll Tokens work like regular Reroll Tokens, but you can make another move! First Pass Tiles: Players use one less tile than the number of players (i.e. a 2P game uses one tile, etc.). ). Pass tiles give players an additional bonus resource for their first pass (and/or second in a 3P game, etc.). This is a great little addition that can add a bit of excitement as passing can now be a huge chicken game. Bonus tile: In each round, a (random) bonus tile is drawn. The mentioned bonus tile brings VP for the production of most of the given resource or an additional resource for the first transfer (see above) or even the last transfer! Another great little addition that really messes things up! Unrest: Unrest adds cool GREEN DICE! If you have unrest (green) dice on your turn, you must either spend your action to reroll your green/unrest dice, or discard them and take a normal turn! Tiles with unrest symbols are very powerful, but they come at a price! Play a round and try to get rid of the rebels to get more power, or give up those powers for a smaller round! Choice, choice and more choice! Excellent stuff. GET THIS if you like Nations: The Dice Game! You will not regret it!
