The unit comes with everything you need to set it up and is very easy to install. The taste of the water is very distinctive. Extremely impressed. The water pressure was reduced a bit but it was worth it as there were no more water jug filters to refill. Edit: Unfortunately I have to rate my review negatively. After 30 days I had almost no water pressure. Water Drop customer service was great and sent me another filter but after another 30 days my water pressure went away. They send me a return label and refund my money. They explained that the filters weren't working because my water had a high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading, which was causing the filter to clog. I find this hard to believe as I'm in a fairly populated area (near the water drop) and the filter should last 3 years! It's a shame, I really liked it. At least the customer service is good.
