βοΈ NOTE. Reviews about it are mixed because some people don't understand the acclimatization process. If you've never stimulated acupressure points, some of them can be painful! The softer your feet are, the more you need this product. But you don't have to torture yourself. Start with thick socks and wear them for a short time. Some discomfort at first is normal, but when it starts to hurt a lot, it's time to take them off. Try again the next day. SLOWLY progress, as your comfort and tolerance allows, to longer strides and, if you wish, to lighter socks, and then to no socks at all. Think of these shoes as a deep tissue massage, not a nice massage...like a chiropractic adjustment, not a foot massage. Acupressure sandals have therapeutic benefits for the whole body and once you get used to them you really feel AMAZING. ππ£ Don't give up or you'll miss something! (By the way, I paid full price for it and wasn't asked to write a review).
