Metal clutch OEM was plastic junk. The shaft is 2 times thicker than the original shaft. How to do without the dashboard. Bottom fan, 3 T25 screws. Pull out the glove box. pic1 Dremel cuts out the plastic behind the glove box. pic2 Unscrew the 3x Phillips drive, I left the top screw. Pull out the Pic3Pop latches on the plastic door sleeve (note the location of the outer latch), remove the door through the fan cutout. Install door in reverse order. Do not install a drive. Turn the knob to defrost. Turn the key to agree. Raise the door to the ceiling. Insert the drive by aligning the screw holes. Install a fan. Install glove box. Welcome back!
