This playpen came much bigger than I thought, which is great! I have a Syrian hamster, so he needs a lot of room to run around and explore like other hamsters. I got this so he could have some time outside of his cage and get extra exercise.The playpen itself is very good quality for the price, and once it’s time to clean it up all you do is turn it upside down to dump out debris and take a wipe to clean it up. It’s also nice and tall when it comes to the walls, however the mesh siding causes issues.Critters with longer nails can climb up the sides of the mesh walls and attempt an escape. However, if you’re watching them you can just stop them before you do. That’s why I recommend supervising your pet if they’re smaller and have longer nails.Overall, great product! I highly recommend it, though I do wish that the walls were made of the same solid nylon fabric the bottom is, or perhaps even a clear plastic to prevent escapees.
