A few unexpected hurdles during installation - you need to insert thermal pads, which adds about 10 minutes to the installation. However, it works great and my 2019 Mac Pro has fantastic read/write speeds as a result. The only other problem with macOS is that you can't make a RAID array your boot drive [and it's also a PITA for cleanly migrating the applications directory to a RAID drive] - but that's really 100% on macOS, not with the manufacturer of this excellent product. Would 100% buy it again.
