Pros: This is a great belt and buckle for the price. In my job I do a lot of bending, lifting, kneeling, etc., and traditional belt buckles "pop" or loosen under stress. It's not like this. The buckle does not "accidentally" loosen. The simple buckle and release mechanism makes dressing and undressing a breeze. is added to it. Cons: You have to remove one end of the buckle to thread the belt through the loops on your pants. It's a bit cumbersome, but it's worth it for security reasons.
