Review on Ultimate Pet Travel System: Pet Gear View 360 Stroller, Booster, and Carrier by Ryan Hawkins

First, it seems nice and strong. I drove it around my apartment complex and the ride was smooth and the wheels turned well (on a very short ride so far). However, there are some disadvantages: 1. The shutter is not easy to open and close from the top. I have to use my palm to press the buttons because my fingers are not strong enough to press the button hard enough to open and ESPECIALLY close it. I have to press really hard with my palm to snap the top cover into place. I'm a healthy woman in my 30's so on my part there's no reason why it's difficult to open and close. It scares me that it will break easily and if it breaks you can't close it. At the same time, it opens on both sides, which is nice.2. The leash inside the carrier that you can strap your pet to to keep them from jumping out is a JOKE. My cat is probably 11 pounds, she wasn't scared or anything, she just stepped over the edge and jumped out and it broke like it was cheap flimsy flimsy plastic. It was only the weight of her body that broke her. Like she wasn't even tied up. BE CAREFUL because your pet may jump out when scared and go outside or get lost when running away.3. The carrying handle of the case has metal parts that scratch the inside of the case as it rubs every time the handle and lid pass each other. You would think they would be mindful of the spacing so you don't wear down the metal. Within 5 minutes of unboxing and fiddling all the paint was scratched and it's rubbing metal on metal. By the way, attaching your tote bag and booster seat to your car seat belt is a little awkward, but it can be done. I don't use the little plastic guide they have because it doesn't seem to fit well or has anything to do with the shape of the seat belts, so I just thread the seat belt through the metal of the booster and through the fabric key. on the carrier and it seems to be normal. Also, mine came without a cup holder so I contacted customer service and left a message because they have a very short work day. Haven't used it for running yet, but there are a few downsides to be aware of. I love it aside from these things and will be testing it extensively over the next 30 days before deciding whether to return it. ****Update: Brought it back because it was too hard to get the top. to close and open. It took me too much trouble that sometimes I couldn't close it. No thank you.
