News Flash: All is right in Dog World.I received my replacement stairs the day after corresponding with Olga. The new stairs are in perfect condition. The cover was very easy to put on. Apparently, the cover received in the first order had a zipper issue, which is why the cover would not fit. My dog has used the stairs to get on the bed. They are a great help. Very pleased with the new order and the EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend the product and the company.Update: reached out to customer service. They responded quickly. They are replacing the stairs at no charge since original was stained and damaged. Told me to keep what I purchased. I still can't get the cover on. Hopefully, I will be able to figure out the cover when the new one arrives. Any tips are appreciated. I will update my review again after I receive the replacement product. Very happy with customer service response.Original review: 3 stars -When I received the product, it was vacuum packed. I took off the outer plastic, then the next wrap around the stairs. The stairs expanded, and I noticed stains and a tear on the foam. I wasn't going to return it because I thought the cover would be on, and I wouldn't see any of it. I went to put the cover on, and I couldn't get it on. I made several attempts, but I couldn't get it on. I looked for instructions and/or a video but found nothing. Highly frustrating and disappointing. I was really hoping these stairs would be beneficial to my 12 year old, arthritic dog. Had to return.
