Bought two of these lights and installed them in the front of my motor cruiser. They work perfectly, I appreciate the USB charging port, red and white light. The end of the flexible rod rotates more than half a turn to conveniently turn off the directional lighting. Update it so check it out. My boat is connected to shore power with a 12-volt on-board battery. I noticed that when the performance from the Batty Tender fluctuates, light beams are lit and only light beams are lit that are lit and stay on. Good for when the batteries are dead or when you think your boat is being haunted. When you first install these bulbs they turn on with the correct polarity, regardless of whether you turn them off before unplugging them, they will light up again when plugged back in. So keep this in mind when installing in a vehicle with an independent power supply. I really like these lights and will split my home battery system with a manual switch so I don't have to worry about turning the lights on and staying in between visits.
