THE BEST pots and pans I have ever used. I melted some cheese in the pan and it slid right onto the plate. NO oil, NO oil, nothing else. Just 1/4 block of cheese. I cooked mac & cheese in one pot. To clean it I sprayed it. All the cheese is out. All I had to do was disinfect it with soap and a sponge. My roommates and I cooked a lot in these pots and pans. She never had to clean up. The BEST frying pans I've ever seen! Bought to replace my cast iron skillet. Cast iron is already easy to work with. THESE ARE MUCH BETTER!
