Disappointing Taste, Not Worth It
This protein powder was a huge disappointment. Not only did it taste terrible, but it also didn't mix well and left a gritty texture in my drink. The only positive is that it does provide a decent amount of protein per serving. However, the cons far outweigh any benefits, making it not worth the investment for my health and household.

- Possible allergic reactions for those with sensitivities to dairy or soy products.
