Absolutely defective
Connected the hose to it, and the holes that allow the water to squirt out are shooting outwards, not on the splash pad at all. So I thought I had it upside down. Flipped it over and the same thing. Water squirts outwards. I was waiting for a hit day to hook it up and so now the window for return is closed. Me and my kids are so disappointed. Don't even know how to reach out to the company. Would give 0 stars if I could.
- My granddaughter loved this.
- The water sprays out because of a design flaw. The holes are on the wrong half of the round tube.
