I opened the package with no instructions but figured out to put air in the center plug and water on the outer ring. However the blue portion of the pad did not inflate with air pump or water hose. I definitely wouldn't want my toddler using it not inflated fully. Very cumbersome to deal with deflating all the air and water out to return it but will be returning it.

Small size, does not work very well. My water pressure is good but water flow through item is not very good. Would not purchase again

It looks good, but I guess you need extraordinary water pressure to get it very high. With my normal suburban water on all the way, the water isn't even up to my kindergartener's shoulders. Feels more like a toddler toy.

The outer ring that shoots water doesn't work properly. The "tight seal" still sprays water from the connection port. Absolute worst purchase . The "military grade plastic" is a joke.Do not buy this product.

It's much smaller than thr picture makes it seem but my 2 year old loves it and it's definitely a safer alternative to pools or anything deep :)

When we made our initial purchase the pad did not work correctly. We returned the product and the company did reach out to us and offer to make it right. They sent a new pad. We are really impressed that they took the time to reach out and try to resolve the issue.

Connected the hose to it, and the holes that allow the water to squirt out are shooting outwards, not on the splash pad at all. So I thought I had it upside down. Flipped it over and the same thing. Water squirts outwards. I was waiting for a hit day to hook it up and so now the window for return is closed. Me and my kids are so disappointed. Don't even know how to reach out to the company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It is, OF COURSE, not as big as it looks I the photo, but the measurements in the description are true to measure. It is a great product with a tight seal and decent spray. Remember that low pressure will be due to the hose or regulator on your house. Adjust accordingly. The right product for the right price.

Good product. Water sprays outward. Even if lowering the water pressure the tube shoots the water outside the pad. The product may not be cost-effective for some users, especially given the current economic climate!

The water WOULD NOT spray inward as shown and stated in the instructions even when we "rolled the top inward” as mentioned,,,, it did not stay rolled in! Tried flipping it over on other side ,,,, it not work! very very disappointed and dissatisfied!

So much larger than what I was anticipating. My small niece and nephews LOVE this! It keeps them busy for hours! Made durable, not super thin and cheap.

First of all the washer was missing secondly the hose was leaking the whole time. Thirdly when I went to undo the hose the whole hose started separating from the thread attached to the unit. Very very disappointed my grandson was looking forward to it and it did not work like advertised.I now have to get it dry enough to pack it up to send back.

I like the cushioned bottom (I gave it 2 stars for that feature), however, it has no use since the water doesn't even go near the center. The holes are in the wrong place, so the water sprays directly outwards. I tried rolling the sides in, but once that tube is full, it will keep spraying the same way -which is the wrong way.Disappointing and very muddy.The description says 100% customer satisfaction and to use 'contact seller', but I can't find that option anywhere on the app.

It is worthy the money. Kids love it. It uses fresh water and kids can shower using this splash pad LOL. You can connect normal garden hose to supply water to the splash pad.

Hooked it up to the hose and the little holes along the edge that are supposed to spray inward spray out. So no water goes into the splash pad. I didn’t even return it just threw it in the trash
