Review on 👶 Remote Pan-Tilt-Zoom Baby Monitor with 3.2'' LCD Screen, Infrared Night Vision - White/Black by Chris Moody

I never write reviews but I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this product. I've been using this camera for less than 2 months and it's barely working. I read a lot of positive reviews before buying, but I missed something. After just a month and a half, the screen turns black, purple and/or green. The alarm goes on and off, which keeps waking me up. And now the power button is broken, so if you flick it the wrong way, the camera will turn off. This is very frustrating. Any attempt to contact HelloBaby is also next to impossible, so I lost $90. Luckily (and their support) I contact Revain who issued the return even though I don't have a return window but the seller charges a $18 restocking fee. I'm guessing this camera doesn't work so it goes in the trash and you bill me $18. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE AND NEVER BUY ANY HelloBaby PRODUCT AGAIN.
