So far very satisfied with this copycat product. Very good value for money and I received it quickly. It was well packaged for shipping (triple boxed) and very easy to install, it took 3-4 minutes. Now my Dyson seems to vacuum better and no longer smells like my dog when I walk in it! I cleaned the original filters as directed, but they still tend to build up unremovable dirt, so it's probably a good idea to change filters every year or so. The cylindrical filter fits snugly into the filter housing. The round HEPA filter that fits in the ball/wheel has a pretty solid fit, just like the original filter. Be sure to turn it fully counterclockwise to the locked position. I read a review here where a customer complained that the filter didn't fit her vacuum which caused friction between the ball and the wheel when she was using the vacuum. I'm pretty sure she didn't fully install the filter. Some people (e.g. elderly or disabled) may need help, especially if their grip is not strong. All in all, this is a great value at $14.99!
