I like the size of the stand and the perches themselves. A common problem is that the main perch they like to sit on (the tallest one of course, isn't above the canteen drip tray. So the drip tray doesn't catch much. The trays don't slide in and out easily. So, generally it's harder to keep clean. The ladder hooks were pretty sharp. I intend to use higher tabs over the center shelf to fix this design flaw.In the end I think this stand has a lot of potential but needs a redesign to have higher perches over the middle tray for collecting crops.My other complaint about bowls is that they also have better over the main center bar as some birds just don't want to be in a lower position. So my advice for this The trick is to center the main pole over the canteen tray and better yet have a second tall pole next to it to allow more than one bird to pass. not feeling the need to dominate the other bird. between the two bars in the middle because the birds drop their food when they eat. They are rainforest farmers. They transplant whatever pleases them and feed the lower animals in the rainforests. They are instinctively sloppy. So, of course, their feeding area is the dirtiest spot, as is under where they leave their tail feathers. As a side note, my lack of knowledge about birds makes me worry that metal screws and hooks might contain zinc. They claim they are safe for birds but their lack of knowledge of bird design makes me wonder. I don't like metal bowls at all as they can impart a metallic taste to liquids. It would be better if the bowls were birdproof ceramic or plastic. They even have to offer to sell extra bowls as I change my bowls every time I give them fresh food from the kitchen (don't let them eat fresh food for more than an hour). That means they get a fresh dish just like I get a fresh dish with my own food.
