VTC Ticketing Services Has Helped Us Efficiently Manage Customer Support

I like how easy it was to use our data centers for their service offerings. They were always available when we needed them with any issues or questions! Not much dislikes about this program in general; however if you are looking into purchasing other managed services from them they do not offer as many options outside of just email ticketing systems and servers/network uptime solutions. If your only need server maintenance then maybe look into something else but most companies would be fine using VTC's core product offering - Email Service Providers. We have been able to get all types of work done by contacting VTC directly instead of having an employee at each location handle these requests which has helped save us time & money while still keeping things running smoothly.
