Value for money. Compared to much more expensive earbuds, this one is excellent. The fit isn't PERFECT, but it's close enough. The padding is flexible and will flex if you need to fold the seats down to move a 55 gallon drum in the back of your Ford Escape, for example. But if you raise the seat back up you can put your dog, groceries, etc. whatever on the back of this liner. You don't have to worry about liquids or stains on the carpet, even if it's a liter of milk. The back sticks out a little more and the side is a little shorter, but they're both about 1/4 inch tall. - no longer. I think the product is worth it. The lip is flexible at the edge and about an inch and a half high. I didn't notice the movement of the liner while moving.
