Review on 🌬️ DAIKIN 12,000 BTU 17 SEER Wall-Mounted Ductless Mini-Split Inverter Air Conditioner Heat Pump System: Complete Installation Kit & Wall Bracket Included (230V) by Krystal Simmons

I bought this mini split for my mother in law in the attic of our barn. I'm using it to heat a small room (only about 400 square feet) so I'm hoping it will heat and cool the room efficiently. I paid my HVAC technician to install the unit and while he didn't say it was difficult, it took him the better part of an 8 hour day. Part of the problem was that the split was installed in a prefabricated barn, so I'm sure the installation was anything but conventional. He said the price of this device is incredible considering the slightly larger devices he usually offers cost him double what I paid for it online - the cost to the customer is 2.5- times as high as the ones I paid. As for the durability of the unit, time will tell but the looks of the compressor and fan unit leads me to believe it will last.
