Review on Cuisinart AMB 9SP Nonstick Bakeware Springform by James Cash

I first bought a Wilton springform pan... one flaw - it discolored after the first wash, smells like coins and has a textured bottom that crushes the crusts. So after that skillet disaster, I wanted a quality springform pan, and here it is. It's easy to clean, doesn't stick (that's how my cheesecake separates on its own), has a smooth bottom for a perfect crust, and doesn't leak. Every cheesecake in this pan was flawless. I've recommended it to everyone I know who wants to start making their own cheesecake.
